I think it's really important that VAs increase their business acumen and know how to educate the business community on the value they bring, I do this in lots of different ways, from free calls to Get it Done sessions to full on mentoring support.

The foundation of the support that I give to clients through Executive VPA is mirrored with the support I give the VAs that work with me through Be a Stand Out VA and also through the outstanding event we provide annually at the NW VA Conference.
